Refund Policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy with a product, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we’ll refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the same payment method you used during checkout.

Important Notes:

  • You can return any PUURE GLOW product within 30 days, even if it’s been used. We want you to be happy with your skincare — but the product must be at least 50% full.
  • Empty or nearly empty products are not eligible for return and fall outside our refund policy.
  • If you return part of a bundle, we will recalculate the total and charge full price for the remaining individual items. The bundle discount will be removed.
  • If your original order included a free gift, we kindly ask you to return that gift as well. These gifts are offered as a bonus with your purchase. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
  • We only accept returns for orders placed directly on our official website: www.puureglow.com.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund purchases made via third-party websites or stores.
  • If we have not received a return notification, we’re unable to process your return or issue a refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed your returned products.

Returns

Our return period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As mentioned, if your order included a complimentary gift, please return it with your order. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to charge its value.

Non-returnable items:

  • Giftcards

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from our website. Products bought via third-party sellers or retailers are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to hello@puureglow.com.
